You letter will be answered within 2-3 days (except weekends and Russian national holidays). Please make sure your letter to have a valid return-address. Please do not delete message history in your correspondence with our customer support service.

If you have problems using our software please specify in your e-mail:

• name and version of software you have problems with
• your device type and OS version
• description of your problem, as detailed as possible

If you paid for software online and do not know, how to get your purchase please check your e-mail box. There must be a letter from our E-Care system with a link, login and password to E-Care system, where you can download a program.
